Website.yoga (operated by eCommerce Services B.V., KVK 93538367, Barendrecht, Netherlands) respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
1. Who we are
Website.yoga is a service of eCommerce Services B.V., registered in the Netherlands. We are the data controller for personal information processed through this website and the app at app.website.yoga.
2. What we collect
We collect only what we need to run the service:
- Account data name, email address, password (hashed), workspace details.
- Billing data billing address, payment method identifier (we never see full card numbers, the payment processor handles those).
- Brand content the descriptions, prompts, logos, sites, and files you create.
- Usage data IP address, browser, pages visited, actions taken, in the aggregate.
3. Why we collect it
- To provide the service (generate your brand assets, store your files).
- To process payments and prevent fraud.
- To improve the product based on how it's actually used.
- To send you service-related emails (not marketing without your opt-in).
4. Who we share with
We only share your data with processors we need to run the service: cloud hosting, payment processor, email delivery. Every processor is under a Data Processing Agreement and cannot use your data for their own purposes.
5. Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. Reach out at hello@website.yoga to exercise any of these.
6. How long we keep your data
As long as your account is active, plus 60 days after cancellation to allow for reactivation. After that, personal data is deleted. Billing records are retained for 7 years to meet Dutch tax law.
7. Security
Encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Regular security audits. Passwords hashed with bcrypt. If we ever suffer a breach that affects your data, we'll notify you within 72 hours as required by law.
